Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residents of Scotland aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, associated agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion is open from 00:00 on 28 October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 9 December 2024.

3. Purchase is necessary.

4. Please retain your receipt as it will be required to validate your entry.

5. Prize draw entry instructions: visit www.winwithpravha.co.uk and register your name, email address, date of birth and upload a photo of your itemised receipt. The receipt will need to show the purchase of at least one Pravha drinks (full or half pint) from a Pravha outlet in Scotland and must be dated within the Promotion Period. Till receipt must be uploaded in the format of PNG, BMP, or JPG/JPEG and a maximum file size limit of 10MB applies. Each valid entry will be entered into the final prize draw. Please keep your original itemised till receipt as it may be required to further verify an entry.

6. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Anyone entering more frequently will be disqualified.

7. Prizes: There are 8 prizes to be won, each consisting of a VIPravha Box Experience for 2 at the OVO Hydro Glasgow to attend one of the following concerts:

  • James Blunt (14 February 2025)
  • Snow Patrol (21 February 2025)
  • Country to Country (16 March 2025)
  • Twenty One Pilots (5 May 2025)

Prize details:

  1. Each Box will host 2 x winners with their guest, plus 2 Molson Coors brand representatives.
  2. Prize includes complimentary food and drinks.
  3. No travel and no accommodation included.
  4. Prizes not transferable or resalable.

8. Prize Draw Winner Selection: Winners will be drawn within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period via an independent process. The Prizes will be allocated at random.

9. Prize Draw Winner Notification: The Winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 5 working days of the Prize Draw and will be required to respond to confirm identity, eligibility plus acceptance of the Prize within 14 days of initial contact. In the event a Winner does not respond to communications within 14 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative Winner from all remaining entries in the Prize Draw, with the originally selected Winner forfeiting their right to the Prize.

10. Prize Draw Winner Delivery: Where possible, each Winner shall be given a choice of concert from those listed in term 7 but it may not be possible for all Winners to receive their first choice. Winners will be sent their Prize and instructions via the email address used at time of entry within 28 days of Prize acceptance.

11. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with or altering till receipts. Any attempts to submit any invalid till receipts may result in the participant’s application being frozen and possibly deleted.

12. A unique till receipt can be used for one entry only.

13. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, invalidate entries deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, contrary to the spirit of the Promotion or otherwise bring the Promotion into disrepute.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and an entry may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical failures or otherwise. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

16. No correspondence: Entry validation and winner selection is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the Prize Winners.

17. Bulk entries, entrants using multiple addresses, email addresses, numbers or via agents, third parties, organised groups or those automatically generated by computer will not be accepted but may still be charged. Entries received by any means other than as specified in these Terms will be rejected. Any person persistently trying to circumvent the entry process will be disqualified immediately.

18. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event an entrant is not able to receive their Prize for whatever reason, including in the event that an entrant provides an incorrect contact details or email address.

19. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, disappointment, personal injury or death howsoever arising in connection with this promotion except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents. The entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.

20. Use of Personal Data: Personal data provided will be used for the purposes of administering the promotion and anything else that the entrant has expressly consented to only. Please see Promoter’s Privacy Policy at https://www.molsoncoors.com/privacy-policy.

21. General: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure of any third party to fulfil its obligations in connection with this promotion, although the Promoter will endeavour to minimise the effect of such failure on the entrants.

22. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries which fail to be registered or are delayed for any technical or other reason whatsoever.

23. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend the promotion, replace a Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value, or amend these terms and conditions or the mechanics of the promotion (including the site journey and Entrant’s experience), at any stage, with no liability to any entrants or third parties, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

24. This promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.

25. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
